Much of the information is provided by you via quotation requests, applications, and conversations we have with you. Additional information may come from sources such as a state Motor Vehicle Departments, CLUE (industry generated loss) reports, loss runs obtained from other carriers, police traffic accident reports, attending physicians statements, the Medical Information Bureau, from a consumer reporting agency (credit history), etc..
The information collected is shared with the underwriting, claims, and/or audit departments of our various insurance companies for the purpose of underwriting and/or servicing your accounts with us. We do not sell or otherwise distribute nonpublic personal information about clients or former clients. We will share nonpublic personal information only with your prior authorization or if required to do so by law enforcement, government or regulatory agencies.
Our employees are trained to understand the personal nature of the information you provide us and have agreed to maintain its confidentiality.
